These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our public website (the "Website"), including any pages, downloadable materials, and embedded content made available through it.

Contract-only service notice: GeoEvident is provided only under a written agreement to verified B2B/B2G organizations following KYB checks. There is no public registration and no consumer offering.

1. About these Terms

  1. These Terms apply to all Website visitors, including individuals visiting on behalf of an organization.
  2. These Terms do not govern use of the GeoEvident product itself. Product access, pricing, service levels, data handling, and security commitments are governed exclusively by a written agreement and related exhibits (e.g., DPA, security schedule) executed with Custody Lens.

2. Definitions

  • "Content" means any text, graphics, logos, UI designs, videos, documents (including any "Security Pack"), and other materials on the Website.
  • "You" means the person accessing the Website and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
  • "GeoEvident" means the contract-delivered product and related services.

3. Eligibility and organizational use

  1. The Website is intended for business and government evaluation purposes.
  2. If you access the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
  3. You must not use the Website if doing so would violate applicable laws or regulations.

4. Website access, availability, and changes

  1. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, including availability of any Content, without notice.
  2. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities.

5. Permitted use

You may use the Website to:

  • Learn about GeoEvident and evaluate it for legitimate procurement, security review, or partnership purposes;
  • Request a demo, request documentation, or contact us;
  • Download materials that we make publicly available for internal evaluation (subject to Section 9).

6. Prohibited use

You must not, and must not attempt to:

6.1 Security interference

  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the Website;
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Website or our infrastructure without prior written authorization.

6.2 Scraping / automated harvesting

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract Content or data at scale, except as permitted by applicable law or our written permission.

6.3 Misrepresentation

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation, identity, or authority (including during demo requests or KYB).

6.4 Unauthorized access

  • Attempt to access non-public areas (including demos, staging environments, or customer-only resources) without authorization.

6.5 Unlawful content or conduct

  • Use the Website in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights.

7. Demo requests, communications, and acceptable submissions

  1. If you request a demo or contact us, you agree to provide accurate business contact information (e.g., work email and organization).
  2. Do not submit sensitive or classified information via Website forms or public email channels unless expressly agreed in writing.
  3. We may decline demo requests or communications where we reasonably believe they present security, compliance, or misuse risk.

8. Security Pack and other downloadable materials

  1. Any "Security Pack" or similar documents are provided for informational evaluation and may be subject to additional confidentiality terms (including NDA) depending on the content shared.
  2. You may not publish, redistribute, or sell these materials without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

  1. The Website and Content are owned by or licensed to Custody Lens and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any Content without our written permission.
  3. All trademarks, logos, and product names are the property of their respective owners.

  1. Where EU/UK data protection law applies, we provide privacy information via our Privacy Policy consistent with GDPR transparency expectations (Articles 13/14).

Important: GeoEvident is offered contract-only to organizations; however, business contact data may still be subject to regional privacy laws depending on circumstances.

If you violate these Terms, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custody Lens and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Website or infringement of rights.

16. Export controls and sanctions

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws when accessing the Website or engaging with us regarding GeoEvident. We may restrict access or engagement where required to comply with law or internal risk controls.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Custody Lens Limited is incorporated, and disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or other protective laws apply (where applicable).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Website and update the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
